• Board of Directors & Committee Info Headin' up 2013 SASS FL State Championship is Bill Bonney - Territorial Governor, Deadly Sharpshooter - Range Master & Berm Marshal, Copenhagen - Match Director, Von Zipper - Stage Design, Lil Mis - Admin and Zack McGee - Storywriter. We are looking forward to hearing from our SASS family of shooters and volunteers to build the 2013 Committee. If you have a particular passion and are willing to dedicate your time (lots of time) to making sure the SASS Florida State Championship continues to carry on the tradition of being one of the premier SASS State Championships in the United States then we'd love to hear from you . . . and soon! We have 6 months to create, design, build, organize and fundraise one of the most memorable matches of the year!
• Territorial Governer I would like to invite you to attend the 2013 "Siege at St. Augustine" at the Ancient City Shooting Range in St. Augustine, FL. The Florida State Championships have always been known as the shooter's shoot and our goal is to make it better than ever. Historical St. Augustine offers our participants many different types of entertainment, dining experiences and great lodging at reasonable prices. With accomodations within 3 minutes of the range and ample parking at the range, you won't waste time traveling to and from the venue and will have more time to relax and enjoy St. Augustine and all it has to offer.
• Ten fun stages and lots of side matches make for a shooting experience second to none. This year we will have a Cowboy Fast Draw Match in addition to our regular side matches. Also don't miss your chance to shoot the Colt Bull Dog Gatteling gun, a great experience! There will be plenty of cowboy purveyors and some great food and treat vendors.
